Hampir 3 minggu berkampung di rumah abah & bonda Ju di sebabkan jadual kerja Mr H yang padat dengan outstation, bimbang tinggal seorangan di rumah waktu malam, Mr H decide hantar Ju balik untuk tinggal sementara dengan parent Ju πŸ˜€

Al kisah nya Jumaat lepas : Pesan Abah Pagi Ini || Macam biasa 06:40 am Ju akan gerak untuk ke tempat kerja & masa salam abah, abah direct cakap "Suda suda lah diet tu, makan nasik, kurus sangat sudah ni, lain macam abah tengok anak abah ni. Banyak makanan dekat rumah ni, makan aja lah."

Dan Ju tsentap ! ngrrrrrrr 😌 Ju senyum & iya kan kemudian jalan HAHA.

Ju bukan diet untuk cantik tapi ada sebab & alasan itu Ju ada kongsikan di insta, 2 bulan lepas. Tapi ju tak jelaskan dengan abah & bonda, sebab tu dorang bising. Ju tau dorang bising sebab risaukan kesihatan Ju 😁 Alhamdulillah BMI sekarang dah stabil & Ju memang dah start makan nasi semula cuma jaga kuantiti untuk kekalkan BMI yang sihatπŸ’•


**My WeightLoss Journey** NO extra supplement. NO drastic diet. Yes,thats me. Orang yg sama,size bbeza. I'm start to loss weight on 28th January 16' then I achieve my target officially on June 16'. Kenapa nak kuruskan badan? Diet ka?? Makan ubat kurus badan?? Soalan popular bila org skeliling prasan fizikal sy sda bkurgn 😸 What make me realize overweight is not a good decisions is 1.) One day I woke up then I see something tiny purple appear in my thigh. 2.) After a month seem that tiny thing spread half of my thigh, I decide to refer with doctor. My 1St impression is, thats just a normal thing, doct will give a cream or so on to cure it smoothly. But what I got from doct is: That's not a normal thing, what I get is varises. With my age, weight & height, it's not a suitable bmi & doct ask me to decrease my weight, that's a better solution to cure it. & my react be like !!😱😨😭😭 Yes ksygn, kmontelan lepas kawin itu tanda syg & bahagia but please take care ur healthy. After that, hby & me decide to cooperate on my plan to decrease my weight. He fully support me, alhamdulillah! 😒 Starting mmg payah, mau tukar ur normal eating habit bukan senang uols. Kau akan bperang dgn godaan peti sejuk/junk food kau yg btimbun dekat ruang tamu/mknn yg sedap dekat luar sana.. Adoii! Dugaan abis! But with lot of encouragement from him, that's me today with 48kg & I proud to have him as my hbby 😊 Kenapa mau kongsi ari ni? This is for others inspiration, xpayah makan ubat pun bole kurgkan berat blebihan kmurg tu. U just need 2 thing : Motivation - kenapa kau mau kurus Discipline - teda benda yg senang kau dpt, no discipline say goodbye pada impian kau Jangan pernah salahkn lemak yg btapak d badan tp slhkn diri sb biarkan lemak branak pinak/aman damai & tenteram dlm tu😌 We dont know side effect supplement to our body in future. Apa yang Ju amalkan :

  1. BERHENTI Minuman sejuk/gas/manis/kaffein
  2. BERHENTI makan makanan ringan
  3. BERHENTI makan malam selepas jam 7 ke atas
  4. AMALKAN pengambilan air putih mengikut keperluan badan korang (berat badan terkini) 
  5. JANGAN skip sarapan & lunch 
  6. Kurangkan kuantiti makanan berat/selitkan pengambilan buah-buahan
